Hi! I’m Lauren, the heart behind Lauren and Plants. After 14 years as a teacher, I followed my passion for plants and founded my business here in Fort Worth. Today, I help people and businesses across Dallas–Fort Worth create spaces that thrive — through terrarium workshops, interior plant styling, and ongoing plant care.
Plants have the power to transform not just a room, but the way you feel in it. My approach is simple and mindful, blending design with nature to bring life, beauty, and calm into your space.
