I’m Lauren — plant stylist, workshop host, and founder of Lauren and Plants, based in Fort Worth, Texas. After 14 years as a teacher, I followed my passion for plants and built a business around helping people connect with greenery in simple, meaningful ways.

My work includes terrarium workshops, interior plant styling, ongoing plant maintenance, and sourcing unique plants for homes and businesses across Dallas–Fort Worth. Whether it’s creating a cozy home jungle, designing an office lobby that welcomes clients, or guiding a group through a hands-on begonia terrarium class, I love bringing the beauty of growth to every space.

Plants have always been more than décor to me — they’re living reminders that growth takes time, care, and patience. That’s why my approach to design and teaching is both creative and mindful, blending my background in education with my love for nature.

When I’m not styling plants or leading workshops, you’ll find me at local nurseries, exploring Dallas–Fort Worth plant shops, vending at local markets and community events, working out, or caring for my own 200+ houseplants (and two tiny dogs, Kaia and Pippa).
