Every plant project I take on looks different, and that’s intentional.
Some of my clients have expansive plant collections they’ve built over years. Others are just beginning their plant journey and want guidance choosing their very first plants. Some clients reach out because they need plants styled for a specific moment, like an event, open house, or gathering. Each situation is unique, and that’s exactly how I approach my work.
At Lauren and Plants, I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plant styling. I believe in meeting clients where they are, understanding their space and lifestyle, and elevating it with plants in a way that feels natural, supportive, and sustainable.

Whether your style is minimal and modern, cozy and eclectic, or somewhere in between, my goal is to work with what you already love. I take time to understand your aesthetic, your routines, and how you want your space to feel. From there, I select plants and plan layouts that align with your vision while adding life, texture, and balance.
The result is a space that feels elevated but still very much you. I offer plant styling for homes and businesses that’s tailored to your space, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

Not everyone starts in the same place, and that’s okay.
Some clients come to me feeling confident and excited, ready to expand their collections or refine what they already have. Others feel intimidated, unsure where to begin, or worried they “have a black thumb.” I love working across this entire spectrum.
For beginners, I focus on approachable, realistic plant choices and clear guidance so plants feel manageable instead of overwhelming. I also work with clients who need plant styling for events, whether it’s a gathering, open house, or short-term installation that still deserves thoughtful design. For experienced plant owners, I help with refinement, styling, sourcing, and problem-solving. For events and temporary installations, I curate plants that make an impact while still being thoughtful and intentional.
There is no wrong place to start.
Education Is Always Part of the Process
I don’t just place plants in a space and walk away.
Education is a huge part of what I do. I want clients to feel confident caring for their plants long after installation day. During each project, I take time to explain light needs, watering routines, placement, and general care. My goal is to help plants thrive, not just look good for a moment.
For clients who love plants but don’t have the time or capacity to maintain them, I also offer ongoing plant maintenance services. This ensures your plants stay healthy, beautiful, and stress-free, while you get to enjoy them without added pressure.

I listen closely, adjust when needed, and make sure clients feel heard throughout the process. Plant styling should feel supportive and enjoyable, not intimidating or rushed.
